wet season

  • 23 Cavill Avenue Surfers Paradise, QLD, 4217 (map)

East coast Aus 4-piece, wet season, are a DIY 4-piece from idyllic coconut-lined QLD towns who channel their variously wild upbringings into a fresh blend of gazey, guitar soaked, eery alt-rock. After forming in 2020 alongside the release of their debut, they found a common love for noisy guitars and obscure music, seeing them delve into the DIY scene.

Within their first year, the band chipped off a debut tour across QLD, and warmed up the stage for the likes of Cloud Nothings, Floodlights, Bad//Dreems and These New South Whales; rapidly garnering a loyal fanbase off the back of their cinematic, eery, energy-fuelled live shows.

Their anticipated second record ‘Here Now, Gone There’ is out being launched at elsewhere on Friday January 31st with special guests Media Puzzle and Clusp.
